In the rare case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product in its original packing and new condition to:

Please inform us of the courier/postage details on marketing@sapanamats.com. On good receipt of the product in its original packing the refund will be applied to your account. The shipping charges for return shipments will have to be paid by you. In case of a manufacturing defect, please send us pictures of the defective product on marketing@sapanamats.com and we will issue a complete refund/replacement.

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel an order on Sapana Carpet-Mats ?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also send a request for cancellation on marketing@sapanamats.com

For outright cancellations by you:

- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
