In the rare case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product in it’s original packing and new condition to:

Please inform us of the courier/postage details on marketing@sapanamats.com. On good receipt of the product, the refund will be applied to your account. The shipping charges for return shipments will have to be paid by you. In case of a manufacturing defect, please send us pictures of the defective product on marketing@sapanamats.com and we will issue a complete refund/replacement.
